3. Refunds for Shipping Protection and Tips

If you added Shipping Protection or a Tip during checkout and later decide that you no longer want the service, you may request a full refund of the applicable amount.

Refund requests for these optional charges are accepted without additional conditions, including situations where the order has already been shipped.

If either service was selected accidentally during checkout, you may also request a full refund of the related voluntary charge. Once we receive your request, we will process it as promptly as possible.
